INTENTION

I work in figurative painting, using Goethe's color theory as a starting point for my use of color... that is Red, Yellow and Blue as the base color (Color Circle)!

When I am asked what I'm working on as a subject, I usually reply that I work with Objects, often taken from nature as well as people and landscapes!
The aim of my paintings is still the painting / the picturesque.
The objects are the means!

What I want to achieve is to penetrate as far as possible into myself and push my abilities so that it at one time or another occurs aesthetics / poetry!

A good painting will give a sense of meaning, on a par with music, philosophy, poetry, literature and especially science!
My project is to create quality items!

It is a project of an entire lifetime.

Quotes

"I have been called arrogant myself in my time, and hope to earn the title again, but to claim that I am privy to the secrets of the universe and its creator - that´s beyond my conceit."

                                                                       Christopher Hitchens
